1. Use of Fincoapp:

1.4 Prohibited Conduct: When using Fincoapp, you agree not to:

        a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;

        b) Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities;

        c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of Fincoapp;

       d) Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of Fincoapp without our prior written consent; 

       e) Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with Fincoapp, unless explicitly    permitted by us.

2. Intellectual Property Rights:

2.1 Ownership: Fincoapp, including its software, interface, design, logos, and content, is owned and copyrighted by us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

2.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Fincoapp for its intended purpose.

3. Privacy:

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Fincoapp, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services:

Fincoapp may integrate or provide links to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Fincoapp is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the use, operation, or availability of Fincoapp.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Fincoapp, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Fincoapp or your access to it at any time and for any reason. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through Fincoapp. Your continued use of Fincoapp after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or Fincoapp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nepal.
